Yunshanping altitude is about 3500m from sea level. It is a good location to see Jade Dragon Snow mountain. In order to walk at this altitude, one need to spare at least 1 can of oxygen, otherwise you will feel headache and dizziness. Take bus from centralize bus station, then take cable car and walk up to Yunshanping . The walking will take about 30 minutes because need to walk slowly at high altitude as to avoid tiredness. At this place, the scenery and atmosphere are so good and ambient.

A pretty scenic spot that is nice for China (but around many corners in Switzerland). Nice views of the alpine ranges, but because this is a national area, you can't really go off and wander around any hiking trails and have the area to your own.

Extremly Interesting high Plateau (3210m) were you can see the Snow Mountains Range (5597m). You can reach this plateau from the Top Cableway Station by walking (it takes 90 Min). It is a very peaceful round trip.
