Mohe (漠河), located in Heilongjiang Province at China’s northernmost tip, is fondly known as the “Arctic Village.” The true highlight here is Beiji Village (北极村), perched on the banks of the Amur River directly across from Russia—it holds the title of China’s northernmost village.
