Niushoushan — Local services in Nanjing City

This place is so cool! Most incredible Buddhist temple I have very been to. Friendly staff and lots to see and do. The gift shop is also very good and there are many food options as well. Don't forget to explore the rest of the area as well. Some tips: the buses to get to and from the top are very crowded, if you try to get down close to closing time (they close quite early) the line is very long. It gets sorching hot outside during the summer so be prepared for that. The admission is also quite high, recommend buying in advance through xiecheng to save. Also avoid the people at the exit trying to get you to ride their car--take a legitimate didi or taxi instead. It is also some distance from the city center so prepare around 30-40 mins for travel each way. Overall an excellent experience, definitely a top three must see for anyone...

A short hike to the top of Niushaoshan park to see both tower and understand building with laying Buddhist. Lovely and grand development for significant treasure for Buddhists. The underground building was amazing with many arts and history of Buddhist , and the tower can get a grand view of Jiang Ning area. Mus visit when you are in Jiang-Ning...

牛首山

牛首山，這個名字絕對對學過中史的都耳熟能詳，熟悉，從史書，可以追溯至北宋。岳飛打敗金兀術大軍。

牛首山，就是一座位於南京的一座名山，又叫天闕山，座落在南京江寧區。

怎樣說好呢？這座山依山而起，有寺廟，有佛寺，有九層塔，七層塔，釋迦牟尼佛頂骨舍利便供奉在牛首山的佛頂宮內。

這𥚃是全新境點，疫情前開放2年，2023年重開，真是一個看一生都參不透的地方， 燦爛的好地方。

考古學家在報恩寺地下發現一副棺材， 棺材內有個鐵皮箱。箱內藏了佛陀的舍利子。

一進牛首山，景區真大，一草一木，每處都充滿著佛教的文化，這𥚃特別多櫻花。今天天氣冷，只有8度，風很大，細雨棉棉的，真冰寒。

想不到來到這，還有KFC，STARBUCKS，真的這牛首山很大，由於保安理由，每人入場都須要實明登記，真沒想到很保安。 那當然這牛首山，耗資了60億元建立。本來牛首山是由一個森林公園 ， 相信大家都知道牛首山佛教名山， 最高峰時有後梁曾有480間寺廟。

景區很大，最美是佛頂宮地下的建築，很有特式。地宮很大。每一雕刻，佈局都很精美，每一個牆壁上的心經用了多個語言來雕。 有日文，凡文，中文，英文，具體沒有看清有多少的翻譯本，但佛頂宮有36個門出入，每一門都別出心裁，雕刻著不一樣的，真是巧絕天公。

世界現存唯一的釋迦牟尼佛頂骨真身舍利於南京盛世重光。佛頂骨舍利是智慧與慈悲的象徵，見佛舍利如見佛陀真身，其功德無量。但只可在元旦、春節、國慶日，以及釋迦牟尼佛聖誕、釋迦牟尼佛出家日、釋迦牟尼佛成道日、釋迦牟尼佛涅槃日公開瞻禮。

當你走進宮內，是一種什麼的感覺，其實我真的沒想到那份寧靜，那份莊嚴光芒，直覺告訢我，不只是欣賞角度很滿足眼球，是一件精美的藝術。

我不懂什麼的藝術，的確讓我榮幸的，就像一個小孩子遇上千座佛，遇上佛陀。...
