Extremely bad service from officer at check point Gate 7. I walk through scanner then I bend down my body to check my shoes after that The officer yell at me immediately. I feel this is the extremely ultimately bad service I’ve ever seen. I have my water container only 20 ml then the black fat officer put my container and throw away then speak continuously. They also say that water can make a dangerous incident. On the other hand I have a larger container of alcohol, which I coincidentally found it later.but They didn’t throw away and didn’t notice. Terrible services at baggage check in counter. We arrived 3 hours before departure, the baggage check in counter stated to be operate before 1.5hours of departure time. We went to had a lunch, we are shocked to see long queue at each checkin counter. Surprisingly, it was just 3 counters are operating and NO self check in. Unfortunately, we are the last group to check in and rush to plane at 2.05pm, where the flight should depart at 2.15pm. The operation of the airport causing flight delayed and my old parents are rushing to get into flight causing of nausea due to stress to catching flight and it wasn’t any transportation help from custom to departure hall.
