The mall itself is typically like any other malls in Shanghai, with familiar brands, accessible but not the most luxury and expensive.
Always crowded. The underground parking lot gives much more convenience to the people driving in for lunch / dinner meets at many different restaurants in the mall and tourists going into QiBao Old Street, but it creates much the chaos around the entrance/exit of parking and tons of pedestrians. The mall itself also sits on the subway Qibao Station of Nr.9 line (9 号线), very convenient to access.
About bathrooms, modern and clean, always has staff on site. But one interesting fact is the bathrooms have so many "kiddy stalls" designated for kids under 6 yrs old, that make many adults have to wait in line. The reason is several floors are either for kids fashion, kids play or countless...
