The Interlaken OCT Hotel Shenzhen Parking Lot — Local services in Shenzhen

Interlaken is a good hotel in OCT Shenzhen We had booked Lake View Room. It was very good, bath tub with lake view. Good luxurious room. Yes there was some pungent smell coming from wardrobe so we did not usethem OCT has Tea Stream Valley, Knight Valley and Buddha temple as tourist attractions. At our time of visit Tea Stream Valley was closed for construction so missed it. They told us that now would be opening in 2020. Knight Valley has all rides and other stuff. Interlaken is famous for its Spa and Hot water Springs. We went for Hot water springs, our experience was good. There are different types of springs with milk water, Chinese herb water, aloe Vera water, coffee water, lavender water etc. It was good experience. Staff over there knows less English but they always try their best to help. I would 5 ratings for their staff. We are vegetarian so will not comment on food since all items available were non veg. There are some exceptional features in this hotel and there are some not so positive experiences. The facilities are looking a little bit past its prime now, but the rooms are spacious and all of the amenities still worked very well. I must say that the staff there are excellent in all departments. We felt like we were taken care of and our requests were met. 今日去了東部華僑城，入住Interlaken 酒店。買了套票，包一晚房間，火鍋晚餐，早餐，兩天園內門票，可搭小火車，纜車，吊車，打golf入場等，約HKD650 (2人價）。

先說房間，酒店upgrade我們去6樓VIP房間（湖景）實在很大（幾百尺的客廳+幾百尺的睡房+偌大的廁所淋浴間+私人sauna房），樓底很高！房間光猛。以2007建成來說，保養算ok，裝修（雲石，地毯，絲絨，金色，紅色等）是有點過時，但看得出是靚料。雖然地毯有印，但整間房打掃得一塵不染，非常乾淨。

酒店前台很有禮貌，也很helpful，全程廣東話溝通，除了自動upgrade房間，又extend我們的checkout時間，對行程也有建議，又安排接送我們去打高球（酒店送）。我們2：00 check in後, 立即去坐小火車，纜車和吊車，去了玻璃橋，鳥瞰了大梅沙和大海，5：00前完成，非常充實。

自助早餐不錯，有西有中，對我來說選擇已經很足夠。因為住客不多，我們能夠選坐湖邊餐枱享用早餐，乎復何求。

酒店入住率偏低，我們遇到其他客人，但不是很多，餐廳晚飯沒有客，只有我們在吃火鍋，其他餐廳沒有開。不知其他住客去了哪裡吃晚飯。

講到園區設施，真是百廢待興，大部分設施已關閉或待重建。但以我們這些老人家，乘乘火車，纜車，吊車，行下，拍下照已經很滿足，兩天行程很充實。

大峽谷也是大部分設施停用，只有水舞派對最值得睇（平日11：30，2：30，4：00） ，餐館只有KFC和小鎮一間中餐館開。眼見無論遊客如何稀少，園中職員／表演員都盡力服務／打掃，維持園中運作，靜待黎明，值得讚許。

雖然如此，我仍然覺得今次沒有選擇錯誤，因為少人有少人的好，清清靜靜，拍照時不會人頭湧湧。而且在疫情前，入住interlaken 實在太貴，莫講入住VIP房。所以今次旅程，CP值很高，可以用幾百蚊到此一遊，已經超值。
