稻城亚丁景区内にある海抜4600mの湖。 雪解け水でできたエメラルドグリーンの湖が青空と白い雪山との間で際立つ。 ただしこのエリアは冬の期間11/末から4/中旬まで閉鎖されるため入ることはできないし高所で酸素のない中、誰しもが到達できる場所ではない。 エリアが朝7:00に解放されるのでそれを狙いに入山し数限られた乗馬チケット（300元）を獲得するなど可能な限り体力を温存できる手段を確保することをお勧めする。 中国語は必須です。

［牛奶海］藏語譯為「俄絨措」，海拔4500公尺，面積約5000平方公尺。湛藍的湖泊邊緣呈現一圈乳白的水環，再向外便是綠油油的高山草甸、棱角分明的石灰岩山體和直插雲霄的雪山。牛奶海雖說是因為湖泊最外圈的乳白水環而得名，但他更像是貢嘎日松貢布的天眼，那麼純淨、那麼深邃、那麼奪人心魄。冰川的侵蝕，在連綿的橫斷山脈創造了無數的奇蹟，牛奶海是他的精品之作! 金剛挑戰線由貢嘎措出發到牛奶海、五色海，單程約3.7公里，往返徒步需約5-6個小時，其中2公里的爬昇路段，海拔由4300米拔升至4700米，落差達400米，是考驗我們耐力...
