Pleasant Stay with Some Room for Improvement

My recent stay at Somerset Wusheng Wuhan was overall enjoyable, thanks to its superb location and well-equipped rooms. Situated conveniently next to an MRT station 🚇, getting around was a breeze. Nearby amenities such as supermarkets 🛒 and massage places 💆 added convenience to our stay. The adjacent shopping mall offered a plethora of dining options, including the delectable HDL 🍲.

We opted for the 2-Bedroom Premier and were pleased with the spaciousness and amenities provided. The price was reasonable 💰, considering the quality of accommodation offered.

However, our experience was marred slightly by the lack of recognition for loyalty. As a Platinum member, we were disappointed to find that a room upgrade was not offered during check-in, and there were no welcome amenities provided. While these may seem like minor details, they can significantly impact the overall guest experience.

Despite this hiccup, Somerset Wusheng Wuhan remains a solid choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience at a reasonable price. With a few tweaks to their customer service, it could easily become a top-tier accommodation option in...

Our first time in Wuhan and glad we chose this hotel to stay in. The rooms were spacious and clean and having a kitchenette and washing machine in the room was a welcome bonus. We have been traveling around China for a while now and it's always nice to be able to conveniently do your laundry and cook home cooked meals once in a while. The breakfast selection was great. Mostly Chinese or asian dishes but this wasn't a problem for me. My husband who is a vegetarian had limited options. It's conveniently located within the cbd and in the same building as Capital mall! You can access the mall from the hotel reception and it was so convenient on days we were lazy to cook and wanted to go out to eat or just to walk around and do some shopping. The mall is also connected to a metro station so that makes it even more convenient for those that need to get around the city. They had a great kids play room and a gym. Rooms were also kept clean. Can't recommend this place enough and will surely be back next time...

Great location, although not exactly close to any tourists hot spots but there is a mall and metro station right underneath the apartment, so there is no need to worry about weather and can get to anywhere easily. Hotel facilities include a full gym, ping pong table (my parents loved it), and female change room has a big jacuzzi (which is NOT in operation in winter, which is a pity!), and steam room and sauna. To use them, you need to tell the front desk 30 min prior for them to turn it on. The change is cold and there is no hot water for the shower (something to improve on). Breakfast has a nice varieties of Chinese buns, and hot food, it is more suitable for a Chinese/Asian appetite. If you order food delivery, they deliver it to you with a robot, impressive!
