SAGA Mall HEADS UP! There are two SAGA malls not far from each other. Google maps only shows the location of the IT version. BUT people posts pictures from both. Please look at my screenshot to find the location for the regular/real mall. Here is my impression of the REAL SAGA mall. It is a huge High End mall featuring all the best in western and Chinese brands. The escalators provides a fantastic view of the indoor waterfall and public areas. Unlike a lot of other malls it is not dominated by a few individual brand stores but instead boosts a wide range of different stores. Everything you need you can find here. Including a large selection of restaurants on the 6th and 7th floor. In 2017 the mall was ranked as the 9th largest/busy mall with an average of 170.000 customers a day. I would think twice about going there on a national shopping day, you will be looking at more than 300.000...

I made a small detour in Xian to take a look at this mall known for its indoor waterfall. The mall was a totally inconspicuous tall steel and glass high-rise above a metro station, but at its central atrium, there was a four storey high, 20-foot wide waterfall, totally amazing ! There was also a small stream intersected by little decorative Chinese bridges on floors above. The mall was full of restaurants and bubble tea shops where I had a nice lunch, sitting...
