Went in to get a trim, explained and even showed pictures, my hair dresser was constantly drinking beer and being inappropriate. My hair looks awful. My child was growing his hair out, we told the lady "fabi" not to cut much and it was awfully short to the point that he was so angry and frustrated he wanted to cry. I don't know how they get the reviews but I will say STAY AWAY!!! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL My bill which was in advanced spoken was $90.000 for 2 people. When I went to lady I got charged $200000
