Firstly the boats are not big enough for the crossing. The water is choppy and on a bad day could easily tip over. I didn’t feel safe at all.

Next, the crossing is being managed by nobody professional, it’s all casual. No receipt, no organisation, different prices depending on your haggling ability. just chaotic.

The setup at the “beach clubs” is absolutely dire. Beach is littered throughout. No real privacy because you’re squeezed in next to somebody else. Everything overpriced

Lastly, the waiters will try to charge you for things you’ve never bought. Ideally just pay once you receive it and that’s it.

Overall , a nice beach ruined by dysfunctional management. The local tourism authority (if there is one)...

Tenía muchas expectativas de conocer este lugar, soy una persona que le gusta respetar y siempre tratar bien a todo el mundo (independientemente de su estatus o condición social), lastimosamente me robaron mi celular (no llevaba 15 minutos), uno entiende la realidad de las personas, de estas comunidades, la desigualdad, pero esto es ahuyentar a los turistas, y desacreditar el trabajo que hacen; por mi parte no vuelvo a este lugar, NI LO RECOMIENDO; además del robo, porque quieren sacar el provecho de las personas vendiendo los productos al doble o tripe. Es impresionante, uno no se ha bajado de la lancha, no se ha terminado de ubicar y las masajistas se acercan a acosar, a tocarte incluso sin pedir permiso, así empiezan hasta que te hacen el masaje, se acercan en duo, ahora entiendo la razón, mientras una te da "UN MASAJE DE MUESTRA" la otra estaba pendiente de las pertenencias, así robaron el celular de mi bolso.
