Termales "El Volcan" — Local services in Ciénaga

I'm afraid to write a review, but this place is good... go if you get a chance. When we went the place was quiet and empty pretty much. But, I suspect with time this place may get busy but its hard to get to by bus, taxi etc... so that may keep the crowds away. We biked there from around the airport so all was well despite the many flat tires we had (avoid biking along the rail line in places!) This place has an amazing place to relax and eat for reasonable price. It cost us 35000 to enter and around 45000 for us both to have a fruit salad, delicious drinks and coconuts. Its a great place to relax, my fear is with time this place will get busy and then it will just become another crowded place like so many other places in santa marta... I avoid Gaira, its just so crowded there its not fun at all...

The correct name is Cantar de la tierra. It’s a beautiful sanctuary in the middle of nature with volcanic water. Amazing for muscle pain and other problems. The gardens are impeccable and very well maintained. The service is great, we had a fruit salad and coconut water. It was relaxing, well worth the price and highly recommended Ps : the road to get there was really bad from santa marta but only for 10...
