The man in charge of the office is a nice person who treats you well but it's so bad they only have one person there, the office is very small and crowded, you have to stand on line under the sun. Big lines outside the office and terrible conditions for costumers while waiting...

How the hell they only will have 1 person in the office, it’s to small and you have to wait under the sun, the man who works there is a nice person and he do his best but daaaammm they should expand or open a new window! Bad service and the office is in really bad conditions....

Normalmente el servicio está saturado por lo que siempre hay que esperar mucho por la atención. Solo existe una ventanilla de servicio al público y el servicio a una sola persona puede durar entre 20 y 30 minutos. El estado de las instalaciones es sucio, viejo, descuidado, mal iluminado y mal ventilado, además de pequeño. Por lo general la fila se hace en la calle. Entonces si tiene opción y hay fila, vaya a otra sucursal o preparese para durar más de 45 min o hasta más de hora y media...
