Horrible experience! This place is a total scam. I reserved this place through Airbnb. We showed up at 8:05pm and the lock box won't work. I tried to contact Rebecca (the owner) to see what was going on and after 30 minutes of calling and texting and getting no response, we went to the store, mainly because we didn't feel safe waiting outside. We came back 30 minutes later with still no response, I finally called Airbnb and they got a hold of her. She tells us you can't check in after 8pm, but no where in the information that she sent us did she say that and it's a lock box, who cares what time you get there and we were 5 mins late??? So we can't check in or stay there that night. We tried to cancel and only got $47 of the $350 we spent. Then Rebecca starts reaming me through texts when I told her I was going to give her a bad review.
