This is what excellent customer service looks like! I am in the United States and needed to have flowers and balloons delivered to my daughter for her 25th birthday. She was staying at a hotel in a remote area in Playa Grande, so finding a local flower shop with someone who spoke English AND who could deliver last minute on a Sunday was proving to be next to impossible. Thankfully, I found the listing for Kingdom of Flowers and Keshia. She was beyond helpful, incredibly pleasant and spoke very good English! She told me she could get it done and arrange for the delivery via car service. Not only was I impressed by her prompt and professional communication and the the beautiful arrangement ( she sent me pictures prior to delivery for my approval), but also so touched to see a picture of my smiling daughter holding her lovely arrangement when it was delivered. My Fiancé and I arrived to the area and Kingdom of Flowers provided absolutely amazing service for our small intimate wedding. We walked in and described what I was looking for and the staff immediately called the owner as they were not bilingual.
