Rent a 4x4 and drive the rough road on the coast. Some of the best beaches in all of the world. Santa Teresa stands out for me. The beach is shallow for so long; you can go so far out. Playa Coyote is super expansive and you can find wild coconuts right around there, crack them open...

Beautiful area of Costa Rica. Lots of hills and unspoiled jungle. The beaches of Mal Pais have great waves. Montezuma is a fun funky town with a short hike to a waterfall. Tambor is a beautiful bay with gentle waves. Lots to explore on your own. Great shore fishing as well as...

By far the most beautiful place in Costa Rica! Spent a week road tripping from Montezuma to Paquera, visiting the Isla de Tortuga and all of the towns in between. Went fishing, dining, hit the local bakery, salon and shops. So beautiful, great infrastructure, super...

Best way to get there is by plane. Long rough ride. I was at Finca Exotica ecolodge. The staff, the food and setting is amazing. Rustic place on the weekend people are coming from all over, meditation, yoga and good relaxing music , played by the guest.

La recomiendo para las personas que les gusta mucho la aventura, el turismo sostenible y experimentar la vida en la jungla.
