Very cool monument. It's different because it was built for a peasant uprising from 1200, but built in the 70s in Yugoslavia. Most monuments in the region are dedicated to partisans. The location is stunning, with views of the mountains near Zagreb. Free parking on site. The monument itself is huge with many images on it. Signage also available in English and German. Podno dvorca Oršić u Gornjoj Stubici nalazi se velebni spomenik Matiji Gupcu i Seljačkoj buni. Kip Matije Gupca s podignutim rukama visok je 6.5 metara, a dva krila iza njega 7.5 m.
