The history surrounding this plantation will give you better idea of the why when where how and who of Trinidad’s original founding story. We went here first before exploring the city of Trinidad, and seeing the valley gave us a better appreciation of the dynamics of the old city. If you are interested in African spirituality, ask about the big tree in the middle of the site.
