I am a very loyal customer of both OKmar 1& 2 and I can confidently say I have spent a reasonable amount of money throughout the almost 3 years that I've been living in that vicinity, thus, I have no issues shopping at Okmar1 but not Okmar2. There's this cold looking guy in OKmar2 (I believe he's not Turkish, something like a Pakistani) who in-spite of my consistent patronage decided to insult me by refusing to take back an empty green gas cylinder which he had previously sold to me with its content when I requested for a blue one. His reasons for denying me the blue gas was that i brought an empty green gas cylinder. I quickly followed his denial by reminding him that he was the one who sold the green gas to me when I brought to him an empty blue gas cylinder the last time I was there to buy gas. And instead of him to listen to me he quickly became so disrespectful and tried to push me out of the market after he told me to go to the cashier to get a refund which I did. I felt very insulted by this unwarranted behaviour from someone that appears to be a manager of a great market like OKmar (2). Having a cold looking guy who doesn't value and respect customer's patronage and loyalty is utterly dangerous for a profit making business like Okmar.
