I have pass through this airport many times.Small airport which indent to hold big traffic. It use to be good in begging with not so many planes coming in. Now if two or three planes come next to each other the queue in passport control is huge. Personnel are nice and polite to be honest and they do what they can in circumstances. In waiting lobby is one small bar where the queue go around the shop some time. They are one or two people behind and they are so slow, which they make “a snail” to look like a fast runner 😤. Thank goodness around are some Vending machines to help passengers with drinks.There is no airconditioner inside or maybe is and somehow is switched off. It is a small airport but they are working on expanding the car parking area for more cars.
The sandwich bar before security was less than £4 for a baguette freshly made to your requirements. The ham and cheese baguette was delicious.
Security was efficient with 2 lines open. I had to do a security check on my shoes putting each foot into a specific scanner, one foot at a time.Otherwise it was a breeze. Note that currently liquids under 100ml have to be scanned in clear plastic bags.
The only minor complaint is the limited range of goods available...

Last time they were forcing us to pay for the baby buggy and travel cot! By the law the baby is allowed to have 3 items for free (pram, travel cot, bag with milk/food)!!!
