Make sure you can lift your own weight on your arms multiple times so you can climb up. SAFETY: guides do not ware helmets even with the high risk of falling rocks. This brings you in danger!!! If they get an injury you will need to take risks to evacuate them and your life gets in danger! Or at least you miss an essential guide for safe decent. DEMAND your guide to ware a helmet!!!
