We stopped here on a very busy Saturday, 2 days ago. Our 7 year old daughter really had to use the toilet after a very long drive from Germany, she was about to pee herself. A very loud and rude woman behind the desk was shouting at us in Danish that we had to pay for the toilet first. We told her that we will of course pay, but our daughter has to use the toilet right now because she's about to pee herself. The woman pretended to not understand us and kept yelling at us (she also yelled and pointed at other guests who weren't doing exactly as she wanted, and several guests actually left the place right after they came in). We had planned to eat here, but because this extremely rude woman kept shouting and talking crap, we put our food and drinks back and we said we're going to eat somewhere else. Of course we paid for the toilet, as we said we would when we came in. The woman (who was not nice to her own staff either) kept talking very rude to us and others, while we were just standing there with our 2 young children, so I said to her ''These are just kids, can you talk normal to us?'', but then she started shouting that we had to leave the place. I told her that we will absolutely leave the place and never come back. This woman should not be allowed to interact with any customers, anywhere, and especially not near children. The rest of her staff (who were younger people) seemed very nice and were not unfriendly to us, but they didn't say much at all, because they were probably scared of this bully leader or whatever the hell she was supposed to be. Kind of a shabby place. Employees were caughing - while making and selling food. COVID-19 anyone? Confused about the toilets which costs 5 Danish Crowns. Then again also 80 Eurocents. But gives back useless crowns in return. Toilet area not as clean as expected (if you have to pay you at least expect it clean!). Only cold water to...

Unterirdisch! Das man Fastfood so miserabel herstellen kann ist unglaublich. Wir hatten einen Hotdog, beim ersten Biss hatte ich ein Stück Knorpel im Mund! Die Wurst besteht nur aus Fett was noch immer… weil es gar nicht wissen! Völlig geschmacklos! Ich versuchte es dann noch mit Pommes und chicken Nuggets.. das selbe.. Schlechteste Qualität null Geschmack, die Pommes ebenso… schlechter geht nicht mehr! Das Personal wirkt völlig abgelöscht und unmotiviert. Haben keine Ahnung wie die Abläufe sind.. irren in der Küche umher und brauchen für alles die Chefin. Welche ihnen Dampf macht!

Die Tische sind nicht sauber auf die Stühle möchte man sich lieber nicht drauf setzen.. im Aussenbereich ist es noch ungepflegter! Kern Wunder! Es...
