Bistro review only! When we arrived the place was basically empty and we still waited over 10 minutes while we were ignored by the staff, even though there was a queue in front of them. Is it so hard to even acknowledge the people in the queue and tell them you'll be with them shortly? Is a basic etiquette too much to ask for? Instead you just avoid even eye contact with the people in the queue, and everyone were confused if they were taking orders.
Eventually they woke up and took our order. Nearly half an hour later our food was done, and I can tell you it was not worth the wait. The burger was dry and overcooked and everything was coated in so much sauce, probably to give the bland some food some flavour.
As for the place itself, there were stacks of dirt trays all over the place because the staff are too lazy to wheel away the full tray stand. There were dirty trays on several tables because there was no room left by the tray stand to put anything.

Min kone og jeg stod 15 minutter i cykelafdelingen, før vi henvendte os til en af kasserne for at få hjælp. De ville tilkalde én fra afdelingen - først efter yderligere 10 minutter kom der endelig én, der påstod han var blevet tilkaldt for 1,5 minut siden. Vi sagde at vi havde ventet en rum tid, hvorpå man fik svaret - "med den attitude skal du ikke regne med at få noget hjælp!". Helt ærligt - dumme svin - men det er selvfølgelig bare min mening. Hvis Bilka ikke formår at servicere en afdeling udenfor forretningen, skulle de da tage at lade være - det gælder blot om at kende sine begrænsninger. Måske man skulle sætte en kasse op i cykelafdelingen. Der er da heldigvis andre forretninger. Jeg tror Bilka skulle til at tage sig gevaldigt sammen, og måske screene deres medarbejdere lidt bedre og sætte større krav til dem.
