The friendly staff is forthcoming and easily accessible throughout the climb. The climb is very safe, as you are always tethered. The area has an open log house, where you can eat food you have brought. There's usually a campfire. You can buy a small selection of snacks, but not actual food - there's a grill nearby, though.
