I recently visited Playa Punta Salinas after being away from the motherland for a few years, and while it's still a beautiful spot, I was a bit disappointed by its current state. The beach itself remains stunning, especially during sunset—my wife and I took some great photos. However, I was shocked to see how neglected the area has become.

The sign, which my wife was excited about for pictures, was completely destroyed. It’s unfortunate, especially considering it was made of metal, which doesn’t make sense for a beach environment. The most noticeable issue was the lack of maintenance—no one seems to be cleaning the beach, and it feels a bit abandoned.

I enjoyed walking down along the point and around and back because there are pretty pebbles and a few shells for beachcombing.

It's not your typical resort style beach but I enjoyed the visit and there were a few locals...
