Sold us the tour to isla soana w 4 beaches and sent me a full presentation w pictures about the food and the buffet and a menu listing what you would get. Come the tour day, transportation was awful, woke up early to go to the island, we took a small bus at 7h30 to a gas station, transfered to a coach bus, waited 1h at the station for no reason (no one else came in the bus), driver then remembers to put gas, wastes another 10min, we finally arrive at bayahibe from Punta cana at 10am. The speed boat is packed, the driver of the boat is smoking pot, and drinking and driving super fast. The fast part is fun but doesnt feel safe anymore.

Come lunch, we end up in a tiny home with food completely different than the picture. They promised multiple types of meats -chicken, pork-, various seafood - shrimp, fish and pastas of all kinds. They had pictures of fruits like papaya, mangoes, pineapple. None of that was there, we got rigatoni, stewed chicken and a small bowl of small sheimp to share w the group of 15ppl.

After i talked to the guy that sold us the tour he said i

misunderstood, which is total BS, as i have pictures and presentations from him that i referred him to. He offered to take me on another tour at a discount to experience the tour i was promised. I wasnt going to be fooled twice.

My advice is to stay away from this guy. He talks the talk and doesnt walk the walk.

I am sure he will be denying but my goal is to raise awareness. Like any touristy country, you can find all kinds of experiences, this was the one where we got scammed. Now we...

Loved it! Would love to come back and book directly with this company again, much better experience than booking through third party websites.

I did not stay in a hotel, I stayed in an Airbnb. Regardless, I was picked up, on time, right outside the apartment complex in which I was staying at.

The bus ride was very pleasant. Seats were cushioned and the bus was equipped with very good air conditioning. I was also very impressed by the tour guide, he spoke four languages! English, Spanish, German, and French. He likely spoke more, but we only heard those 4 because those were the only ones needed to accommodate the people on the trip.

The boat ride to the island was so fun and had such beautiful scenery. There was so much effort put into making a fun atmosphere, from fun music to dancing performances.

The island was absolutely beautiful. The water was so blue and calm, you could swim so comfortably for hours. We spent three hours at the island. I also got a piña colada that was served inside a pineapple! I loved it, it was so cute. Though the food served was just okay, because I bought the package that included the lobster, I was very satisfied with my meal. The lobster was super tasty and worth it, in my opinion. I also got a massage on the beach, which was...

I had several similar tours in Thailand, Boracay, Mexico, and so on, so I was thinking a lot about whether I should do this tour again. But now already, I am missing this tour with Enrique. I was able to save money on the tour and travel time because I lent a car from Puntacana Airport, stayed in bayahibe for 3 days, and came to Bavaro. I was a little nervous because the tour team's car from Babaro, arrived about 30 minutes later than the tour time, but I didn't worry because he contacted me right away on WhatsApp. The ship was beautiful and the passionate Enrique and his team didn't make us bored for a moment. The sea around Saona was the first color I saw ever and it was really clean. The lunch didn't taste as good as I thought, so I left everything but everything else made me forget it. However, I was disappointed to snatch the hat that was put on the customer who didn't buy the hat, and also I asked for two hats, but made me buy three. I think it would have been better to just tip $20 instead of buying those three hats. Because the hats will be thrown away.. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this tour. It was so much fun and it wasn't tired to do with...

Signed up online for Canto de la playa tour. Messaged through WhatsApp for instructions. Meeting was at 9:45 at local cafe. We got wristbands and waited for the rest of group to arrive (from Punta Cana). We started probably around 10:45 which I thought was late. We were 3 boats with about 50 people total with guides, captains etc. The speed boat ride was fast! I thought we were to fall out of the boat. We stopped at Palmilla natural pool and saw lots of starfish and manta ray. Then drove through mangroove and saw some turtles. We stopped at 4 different beaches all of them were gorgeous. On third stop we had lunch prepared on the island. Delicious food (fish, chicken, rice, potatoes, pasta, salad). Had a walk and talk about turtles. Guides were only speaking Spanish. Ride back was half hour. There was photographer available to take great photos. Highly recommended tour. We were back by 6pm. Just to mention, pictures do not do it justice. The color of water was unreal and beaches were stunning.

highly recommend it! everything might seem a little sketch lol but we were treated pretty well. & made sure our group was all together & no one was left behind. it was a bit unorganized, but as long as you’re paying attention & stay near your group. you’ll be ok. Our tour guide was Manuel, he was pretty cool & attentive. & our driver was Piedra, got us to the tour & back to our resort safely. The food was pretty good! It had rained the day before our tour, & due to that the waves were pretty harsh. Still had alot of fun. 10/10 highly recommend, would deff book again with them. ps. I had a whats app chat with one of the representatives that checked on my family & i from when we got picked up from the lobby, to getting to the bayahibe & then when we got dropped off at the resort. very attentive & helpful people.
