Something I’ve noticed about La Sirena basically at every location I’ve been to on the island, is the energy is always upbeat, warm, and kind. That sentiment remains true at this location. All employees, including security are willing to assist, and greet you with kindness and urgency. Their shelves are well stocked with various domestic and imported products. Also it is a hypermarket, so there is a vast selection of home goods products, personal items, et cerera you may not find at other grocery stores. Prices are very fair. Es una tienda muy buena, pero deben tener cuidado con los productos de ofertas que publican, cuando llegas a caja te dicen ese no está en oferta sin embargo, cuando estás comprando te dicen por ejemplo, todos los escolares están el segundo a mitad, y hay muchos artículos que realmente no lo están. Me paso con cuadernos con alrededor de 38 o más , solo algunos pasaron el segundo a mitad, también me pasó con unos t-shirt, quien vendía en el pasillo me dice que el segundo pasa a mitad de precio y voy a pagar y minera real, aún teniendo el mismo código. Eso es una falta de credibilidad muy grande y me place decir que el año pasado me pasó dos mochilas Wilson las pague al mismo precio las dos y no hubo descuento, por eso este año fui con la mente puesta a chequear, aún fueron dos supervisores no resolvieron nada, me enviaron a servicio al cliente disque para hacerme una devolución porque tenía razón y para mi sorpresa,las dos que estaban ahí al parecer me estabas esperando y vinieron con un cuento que solo ellas se lo creen.
