I was so pxxxxxxx off about a hand I won. I thrown my cards in face up and it hit the table fabric in a weird way and flipped my winning hand after exposing my hand. They told me it was a fold and I argued it was not. It was hard to explain in English to Spanish but they got the point. The guy that spoke English there was a director , and got another director involved. It was back and forth on the rule when it’s not the players fought and they understood and took care of me as a player and gave me my winnings. They reviewed the tape and seen the cards were thrown in face up. I really appreciate the workers here for doing the right thing. They also told me that food was included for all players after so much time so that was a plus. I’m coming even more now. Thank you all for your service.
