Es uno de los atractivos turísticos más importantes de Biblian. Su construcción se inició en 1893. La capilla se construyó sobre una peña, el 26 de agosto de 1894. De estilo gótico fue reestructurado y levantado en obra magnífica, utilizando piedra tallada. La adoración a la Santísima Virgen del Rocio, es una de las más importantes manifestaciones de la fé cristiana Torre y naves sostenidas por 49 columnas de granito entre las que alternan más de 36 arcos y cuelgan bellas arañas de hierro forjado y de cristal, la luz resalta las paredes rocosas del cerro. Posee una belleza arquitectónica y cultural única, fue declarado “Patrimonio Cultural del Ecuador” en el año 2007. Es además un mirador natural desde el cual se observa la riqueza paisajística de la zona.
