Please do yourself a favor and read this review. This company perhaps was good in the past but we just came back from this river "cruise"... April 2022. This is not a cruise but a floating hotel. They sold us a 4 night / 5 day cruise to Peruvian border. Instead of cruising to the border we were stuck in place since they sold conflicting iteneraries / overlapping days to 3 other couples. One started 4 days before us and were on a 8 day "cruise", another embarked on a 3 day "cruise" a day before we did embark on our 4 day "cruise" and then one more couple joined 3 days after we did for another 4 day "cruise". well - because they booked 4 couples for totally different iteneraries and different start times, they couldnt move at all. We were floating in place and forced to go on a bumpy multi hours daily "tours" on motor boats - exhausting, nauseating and redundunt. Most time was spent on these horrid boats which left minimal time to view wildlife. We saw very few animals. Didnt see even one pirahna. Pink dolphns seem to be a myth. This boat was floating not too far from Coca - dirty yellow Amazon, lots of oil vessels and not much more. Peruvian border is supposed to be the most biodiverse place on Amazon. Sadly, we would never know... We wasted $8K and, most upsetting is a fact we wasted our vacation.This is a premeditated...

My wife, Bev, and I spent 8 days on the MV Manatee in June 2023 and it was fantastic. It was a fantastic adventure and lived up to all our expectation. The boat was very comfortable in all ways. The crew were there when ever we needed them but otherwise left us to absorb the beauty of the river and Amazon. We met new friends along the way. As an amature photographer it was just perfect. Each day took us on a new adventure up tributaries of the river, to lagoons, jungles and native villages. The food on the trip was delicious with breakfast, lunch and dinner all prepared on board by the boats chef and kitchen crew. Marco, the cruise director, was always there to help plan a day or answer questions. Most days needed a fast trip in a motorised canoe which took us up close to wild life and in to the jungle. The onboard guide was fantastic and had an excellent knowledge of the area flora, fauna and local...

Life-changing amazing experience!!! We took the 4 day cruise for our honeymoon in January. It far exceeded our expectations. This boat has fantastic service, food, and accommodations. It’s like a floating 5 star hotel! They provided wonderful vegetarian options for me. The adventures every day were incredible. Our nature guide was a native Amazonian and helped us spot tons of animals. Otters, snakes, monkeys, capybara, sloths, piranhas, frogs, lizards, tarantulas, birds… I never imagined I would see so many animals in the wild. I highly highly highly recommend this cruise, you won’t regret it! A bucket...
