Visited Friday 12 April, 3rd day of Eid Fitr 2024. Most of the Mall's shops are not open yet. 100% of the coffee shops & restaurants were fully occupied.. Couldn't find 2 seats to dine for more than 2.5 hours.. Extremely long waiting lists and some restaurants had to deny registering a waiting list requested too! Found a restaurant named Brisk without the long waiting lists, ordered a Burger & Brisket sandwich.. Burger was served in a sandwich not a bun as advertised as they were out of buns! It was simply a minced meat sandwich, that's it. The brisket nearly visible 2 micro, mini buns are tasteless at all. Real theft in terms of portions, vs prices (I paid 450 for the 2 items). Decided to go home, on our way out, I came through Pattini restaurant where 3 hours from registering in the waiting list, still there was no 2 free seats for us.. while crossing through the restaurant from the outside seating area to the inside of it to go through the mall hallway, found an empty 2 seats table just became available. I settled down, selected a Pizza, then came along the waiter and surprised us that the oven went out of order and no maintenance available at that time! Got myself out after discussing the lousy experience with the restaurant supervisor who was helpless. My advice, DON'T ATTEMPT TO DINE OUT DURING...
