Never going back there. The paintball guns were broken and all the paint balls fell from mine and 2 of my friends, and the guy was very rude and said that it is our personal responsibility (even though the gun broke again in his own hands while he was yelling at us that we were the one who dropped all the balls) so we didn't shoot 1 paint ball and paid the full amount of the 100. And one of the guys talked in a very very rude and impolite way and even left us while we were talking to him. Very bad experience due to that guy at the paint ball.

Clearly they do not even know which group I was in or who I am, no one apologized, no one offered any discount, no one mentioned anything literally. I haven't gone there except this one time (which was on tuesday 1st of october 2024) and all I mentioned happened and I have like 10 other people that were there and experienced this with me. Even the response from the owner is just awful like are you threating me??!😂 I just said what happened. Go check your guns and staff instead of just replying non-professionally to the customers. Your response is a reflection of where the staff got the attitude from. Thank you for proving my point. Added a screenshot of the response in case they changed it😂

The guns are very bad, and not accurate, We used 50 bullets, we asked for refill, the refill process should have been in less than 10 seconds per gun, we waited for more than 30 minutes, they decided to clean, refill gas, refill bullets for each gun, for less than 5 minutes usage, The playground is filled with animals crap, The lights are bad, The masks are not hygienic and I literally saw nothing wearing them, The cloths are not tightly closed, They insisted on reviewing instead of focusing on making the...

Location was good, their grounds were big and the obstacles and set up was very good. The bullets were weird, it was more like pink water ball not paint ball. The three groups that went before us all came out barely any dust, let alone paint on them. Another reason no one had paint on them is because the guns were bad. I understand that paint ball guns being gas powered are not the most accurate generally speaking, but still I had no idea where any of my bullets were going.
