Mixed feelings honestly, Most if the team are friendly, helpful and positive. Except one person everytime I talk to him and ask for any support he is argumentative and even if he is correct, the way he talks and delivers the message is negative and frustrating. It’s not like I’m a new customer I live in gouna and they see me almost every day, there should consideration to residents not subtly accusing them of lying, or not event taking the extra measures to satisfy or try to solve an issue—— just dismiss the situation.

i baught bread on 8th September evening from travels I went home and when I opened it next morning 9th sept, it was stale around the edges, and production was 6th sept. So it wasn’t fresh!

So since I had just returned from travels I couldn’t go directly on 9th to change it, as I had many things to do, I went 10th. I was directly dismissed, and informed it’s stale because I returned it late?! The whole point the guy was focusing on was that i baught it 8th and returned it 9th, without even having a conversation, understanding why I’m late or apologizing saying “ sorry but unfortunately due to the delay of returning we can’t exchange!” But focusing focusing on that it’s stale because I’m late?! It’s not my first time buying bread!! So if production is 6th It’s not stale on 8th?! As if I was lying.

The treatment was horrible, no hospitality and no empathy, customer service. He’s always In a bad mood.

They have excellent variety and customer service. A few days ago I ordered delivery at home, and wanted to pay by card using the card machine. Unfortunately my card was declined, the delivery man spoke to the customer service center and they suggested to send a link to pay online which is a beautiful option but unfortunately the problem was on my side, my bank card didn't work.
