Really goood experience (beautiful views) great crew! Only one minus for me is not Learn about checking oxygen or how to blow the jacket!!! But overall I want to back!

Really good service, equipment, boat and instructors (Osama and Sherif). Change spots everyday and not too many people on the boat. The dood on the boat is great too.

I did the Padi Open Water at Dive Red Sea. Ahmed is such a great instructor and the dives at Makadi Bay House Reed and especially Ras Disha & Malag Disha were superb.

I have around 80 dives in different countries, and the couple I have done with them are by far the worst from a safety perspective….

My recent experience with this diving center left much to be desired, with significant concerns regarding safety and equipment standards.

From the outset, it was evident that the school's equipment was outdated and poorly maintained. During the dive, the instructor's lack of attentiveness was alarming. While he initially checked our air supply (only once), his attention waned thereafter, demonstrating a concerning disregard for safety protocols.

The gravity of the situation became painfully clear towards the end of the first dive when my air supply abruptly ceased functioning, and my jacket began to inflate uncontrollably. Despite my distress, it took the instructor an unacceptable 3-4 minutes to realize my disappearance. This negligence was further underscored by another diver experiencing persistent issues with their jacket.

Despite assurances of improvement, the second dive only exacerbated our concerns. Despite a change in equipment, a massive air leak from the back of my gear posed a significant risk to safety. Regrettably, it wasn't just me encountering problems; other divers also faced various issues throughout the session.

While a few instructors exhibited care and professionalism, their efforts were overshadowed by the pervasive safety hazards posed by the outdated equipment and lackadaisical approach of certain staff members.

As a seasoned diver, I was fortunate to navigate the challenges presented during the dive. However, the potential consequences of such negligence, particularly for less experienced divers or in deeper waters, are deeply troubling. Without immediate improvements to equipment maintenance and instructor training, the risk of a fatal accident looms large.

In conclusion, while they may offer access to Egypt's stunning underwater landscapes, the glaring safety concerns and substandard equipment make it difficult to recommend. Prospective divers should prioritize safety above all else and seek out establishments with modern equipment and diligent, attentive...

If you are wondering where they get all these positive reviews from, you will find out at the end of the cruise. That is when the hunt for customers begins and the crew makes sure that the clients positive recommendation will be issued on the boat. It's even funny how a crew member approaches a customer again and again asking if they have already issued a recommendation, because "their boss is here and waiting" :) I think the crew members get paid to extort these reviews from clients while the clients are still on board . It's probably not illegal, but these reviews are simply not objective. I went on a trip April 1st, 2025. As soon as it turned out that I had PADI, I was immediately offered a $20 surcharge. I didn't take advantage of it. And so I ended up in pairs with people from the intro. No one from the crew even checked my PADI licence. And it wasn't the best experience. I decided that the easiest way would be to forget about it and ask for a refund (for the first time in my life I asked for a refund!). Through the agent (Marta), I applied for a refund, basically knowing what the answer would be. Nothing surprised me - customer satisfaction in this company does not count. There are many PADI centers in Hurghada, and this one is probably not...

Unfortunately I feel that this centre is very poor and does not tell the truth when selling their services. We book a snorkelling trip with them. At that time we were never informed that it would also be a diving trip as well. We were also told that it would be a 45 to 1 hour trip to the first site, 20 minutes to the second site and then a trip to “Paradise” island!! The trip out set off 30 minutes late and took over 2 hours. The sea was quite rough and many people felt unwell. On arriving at site one, everything was rushed as they were late. One boy, 10 year old on his last day of PADI training was feeling very sick. The instructor was really trying to force him to dive in this condition. Thankfully, his mother, after some arguing with the instructor, managed to get through to him. Once we started snorkelling after changing broken equipment, my 9 year old and I were left behind by the instructor, my daughter then became very scared and I needed to get her back to the boat. The instructor had no idea that we were not in the group. There are not enough small life jackets, one boy ended up just holding onto the life ring. Honestly would not use again and would not...
