من اسوء الشركات العقارية في مصر منصحش حد ابدا يشتري معاها ولا يتعامل معاها المشروع مستلمين المشروع من ٦ سنين وحدتي كانت مبنية والمفروض ميعاد استلامها ٢٠١٩ كل سنة يقولولك السنة اللي جاية والمفروض استلم السنادي بدون اي مرافق عامة و لا طريق ممهد ولا خدمات و استغلوا الشاطئ لحسابهم و بنوا فيه وحدات غير موجودة بالبلان لصالحهم و غيروا المشروع تماما و عايزينك تستلم بشروط غريبة جدا و تتنازل عن اي حقوق ليك و ان يبقي ليهم حق التصرف الكامل في المشروع و الخدمات و كل شئ يبقي من خلالهم و شروط تلغي كل احقيتك علشان يتطفشوك و تزهق و تضطر تتنازل عن وحدتك اللي مخلص كل اقساطك بقالها ١١ سنة و ماستلمتهاش حسبنا الله و نعم الوكيل كل ده علشان مفيش قوة تنفيذية تنظم و تلزم الشركات العقارية بتنفيذ وعودهم كلها...
