It's a "culture mansion", one of the 200s in Southern Estonia. I attended a film festival here that was just Great. This place is run by a small community of couple of families that live in some sort of communa. They are very open minded and friendly people. Five stars is not enough to describe this place. An incredible place for organising events or visiting, with a small shop, kitchen and beautiful surroundings, but above all, a school like no other.
