Order never showed up and was cancelled months later.
24th of July, I order something off the website. In stock on the webpage, listed as 5 to 14 days shipping. 8th of July I send them a message via their webpage contact form asking about the order as I haven't gotten any shipping notifications. My message is ignored. 11th of July, I call them and is told that they had just shipped my item the other day. I should send them an email and they'll give me the shipping info come Monday. 15th of July (that Monday). Get the email. Turns out, not only had they not shipped my order, they didn't have it in stock, never did and they hadn't even ordered the item from their supplier in the US! I'm told it can be as much as a month or more for it to get delivered. Obviously pissed, as that means I wont receive the item in time for an upcoming trip where I needed it and now how to make other arrangements. Am offered a cancellation, but turns that down as I still need the item. 1st of September. It's been several weeks, still no package, still no update. I ask for an update. Half an hour later I get an email that the order has been cancelled due to increases in shipping cost from the US. I'll have my refund in 5-10 days.
It took over 2 months of me on three occasions being informed the item was on it's way to me, to then be informed it's not coming and they never, at no point across multiple times of contact, had even freaking placed and order at the manufacturer.

I had a lot of questions, and they were able to answer them quickly. But in addition to the pros, there were also some cons. The equipment arrived quite dirty, there weren´t enough tent pegs-if you want to secure the tent properly (quite needed in Estonian windy weather), and the company inserted the wrong price into the rental contract (they corrected it after I contacted them). When I went to return the equipment to the office in Tallinn, no one was there. No one answered when I repeatedly contacted them via phone. After 20 minutes of waiting and trying to contact the company multiple times, someone finally answered, and we found a solution where I could leave the rented equipment.
Overall, I´m mostly satisfied, but the inconveniences make me question if I´m going to be renting equipment from this...
