Viirelaid

We went to Viirelaid with our team of 8 for a 1-night stay. As the sea was frozen, we hiked (!) for 5km on the sea (!!) to get there.

Besides the exotic trip and context itself, we really enjoyed the homely seminar room setup, the gin&tonics, comfy beds, the excellent sauna, delicious food and wonderful hosts, Priit and his wife (& the rest of the helping crew). It was so nice getting to know them on a personal level throughout our stay, and to enjoy everything they had to offer.

While I'm sure it's an excellent place to stay during the summer, we definitely enjoyed our wintery...

Look out and keep away: It´s a hustle We were looking for a wedding location. Just to see the island and talk to someone we had to pay 150 €. Then we have agreed the offer for our event even it was much more expensive than booking it on airbnb. One day later we got a massage that we have to pay extra 334 € per night only for the „glasdome“ atlthough many times we had been promised every accomodation is included in the fixed price. We regret the procedure from the owner of the island. Till now we got no more...

It is a good ireland. The owner left the impression that he is eager to make the ireland a very good place for relax and parties. The buildings are a bit old. Only the sauma building is fresh and the room next to the sauna. The people are very kind and nice. The boat trip to the ireland is a...
