This is one of my top three highlights in the Faroes. It’s hard to find the start. We made the mistake of driving of driving all the way to the end as Google map directed. The road condition past the gate (the one you have to open and close behind you) was horrendous, worst I have ever driven. It’s only a mile long so save your rental car and walk on the road. At the last curve before the road turns away from the ocean again, look up the hillside to your right to spot the white posts that support a metal cable guide rail.
