That’s absolutely wonderful place and I loved, we have great picnic there with my big family group, the only thing I didn’t like was the beach bcz in the edge of lake was kinda trees under water what hearts us a-lot, even you should have sleepers then you are save, by the way it’s a...

Hieno paikka, joka on liitolainelautailijoiden suosiossa. Alueella on myös suojeltua rantaluontoa sekä suojeltua vedenalaista särkkää. Keväisin monet muuttolinnut viihtyvät näissä rantamaisemissa. Kallahdenniemen voi kokonaisuudessaan kiertää seuraten ulkoilureittiä. Keväisin kannattaa pitää mielessä, että vesi saattaa tulvia poluille asti. Parkkipaikkoja on runsaasti ja parkkipaikalta on helppoa siirtyä esimerkiksi rannalle. Vierailun arvoinen ulkoilukohde Helsingissä!

Very nice place. The beach isn't great but there isn't too many people. It is quite often windy so the place is suitable for kite surfers.

Very pleasant and clean beach, close to some nice hiking trails. Totally scenic location! The water stays shallow for a very long way which I found pretty unique. Goes head-height barely after 50m or more.
