Something that didn't work, I heard about this place as a "remember reading about it". Unfortunately went with the expectation of the article, and found out first hand that the movie isn't always better than the book😭. 3 people working behind the counter, and took over 15 minutes to get to the counter to place an order.(which allows you to look at all the effort they put in the décor and ambiance) BUT.. 3 other people that were behind me just said, "ppffhh..and left. If you have the opportunity to go there and get to order, speak a bit LOUDER 😷 masks make "muffle mumble mumble.." In my opinion overpriced quality, microwave heating quiche and pizza bread.... really??.🤔 And even then..did not...

This is my favourite bakery I've visited in all of Finland. There is a wide variety of expertly baked pastries, cakes, breads, cookies, etc. You will find all the best traditional Finnish baked goods and more. Everything is of the highest quality and really authentic.

Also a great place for lunch, the salads and pizza we had were both really delicious and really generous portion sizes. I can't recommend this place enough, I stumbled upon it by accident on a road trip and it's the definition of a hidden gem. I went out of my way 2 years later to return and it totally lived up to my expectations. A must if passing...

A unique roadside bakery! The café has a large selection of sweet and savoury options. They even serve lunch during weekdays. The exterior of the cafe is not that appealing, so we were a bit hesitant to enter. I'm glad we did though, the cafe was surprisingly cosy! The cakes and cinnamon buns were huge and therefore a bit pricey! I could never finish one by myself. All in all, we had a good experience, the cakes and the coffee was good, but nothing...
