Superb experience! Jake and his team were super friendly and knowledgeable about their craft; you could really see the passion and care they put into treating their dogs well, and into the dog sledding. 😄 The kennel specializes in Alaskan huskies, which for those in the know, are the most performance-oriented sledding dogs where their focus is not so much their looks. 😉 Highly recommend trying out the experience, and supporting the local enterprise!

P.S. Please note that climate change has severely affected winters in Finland, which hurts local operators for winter activities such as this. So please be understanding if they need to change any pre-arranged activities (this happened to us, and their suggested alternative of 2× the 2,5km route instead of the 6km route...

Very friendly. Fair price. We got something for the barbecue. And some coffees and desserts. Moreover, the dogs were treated well. In the beginning, I wanted to cancel the Husky ride but after I had understood how good they are treating the dogs I loved...

Miellyttävä paikka, mukava asiakaspalvelu ja todella huomaavainen ja vastaanottava henkilökunta.

Kahden tunnin retki, johon sisältyi alkuun opastus, itse koiravaljakkoretki, koiriin tutustuminen ja makkaran paisto kahvitteluineen, oli hyvin tuotteistettu elämys ihan tällaiselle kotimaan matkailijallekin.

Lähes kaikki koirista olivat ystävällisiä, innostuneita vieraista, pitivät rapsutuksista ja huomiosta. Pari koiraa oli vähän varautuneempia, mutta ohjaajat tiedottivat niistäkin hienosti vierailun yhteydessä, toisaalta koirat sen kommunikoivat itsekin eleillään.

Kokonaisuutena mukava vierailu ja tavallisesta poikkeava, mukavan erilainen aktiiviteetti vaikka koko perheelle koirien parissa.

Smartumit ei valitettavasti vielä käyneet maksuvälineenä, mutta ehkä...
