Reached the huts after completing the Utsjoki Trail which is about 25 km. The huts are very well maintained but no one stays in them now. They are being maintained by private owners most probably. There is a cafe nearby which has a lot of souvenirs and also you can have tea, coffee and some pancakes. The staff at the cafe is very helpful and cheerful.
