The experience with the husky sleigh is admitably exceptional and unique and I fully recommend it!!! I also strongly recommend that you pick a different organiser for this. Let me explain: The available route of the specific organiser is very bumpy and the advice, explanation and warnings provided before the ride are a proper hazard for the first timers eventhough the website claims the ride is suitable for beginners. The ride requires strength and full control of your body and balance. Luckily our insiticts protected us and only one of us accepted to drive the sleigh despite the staff insisting we could all drive. The dogs are running relentlessly, which is great if you know what you are doing but a total nightmare otherwise. As a result the person that drove the sleigh although strong and heavy was bumped off the sleigh and had to visit the hospital to stitch his knee... Aside of the accident I believe its also worth noting that the organisers never called or mailed after the incident to see how the whole situation ended up... At least, this was our last activity before departure so we didn't lose any days of our holiday - the return trip was very difficult though. Further to driving, even as a passenger you should insist that you ride only with the sleigh that has side covers. They offer another type of sleigh where you seat on a plank fully exposed (like riding a motorbike) and you need to fast-hold yourself on the plank throughout the bumpy ride with no particular handles and keeping also your legs tight so they don't extend outwards... The rider in our case was scared during the ride but pulled it off OK given he is a fit and strong tae-kwon-do black belt athlete. In my view helmets are also highly advisable for rookies although they limit the experience. I don't mean to scare anyone one off but simply alert you to BE WARY on how to protect yourselves since the specific organisers will...

We recently went on a husky ride and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The organizers were extremely unprofessional and did not seem to care about their customers. First of all, they were not punctual and made us wait for over half an hour before the ride even began. This was especially frustrating as one of us was feeling sick and waiting in the cold made their condition worse.

Additionally, it's disappointing to hear that they didn't allow enough time for you to enjoy the kennel visit and instead rushed you onto the husky ride. This made the experience feel rushed and forced, rather than something to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace. This lack of planning and organization shows a lack of care for their customers' experience.

Lastly, the frustration caused by the lack of time given to switch people to ride the huskies, despite it being promised beforehand, is unacceptable. It's understandable that one of us took longer to switch, but the organizers should have been more patient and accommodating.

Although the huskies themselves were well treated and friendly, the negatives of this experience unfortunately overshadowed that. The hot drinks and cookies were a nice touch, but they do not make up for the lack of professionalism and organization from the organizers.

Overall, the organizers need to do a much better job at providing a quality experience to their customers, and taking care of their...

The dog sledding was a dream come true—gliding through snowy forests with the energetic, well-cared-for pedigree huskies was unforgettable. ||These animals are happy, loved, and cared for. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything easy and enjoyable. Jaana gave us all the safety information and tips so we could make the most of our sledding, she was kind and an expert. Annie was so kind and genuine and gave us an in depth tour of the kennels and could tell us so much about each individual dog, their likes and dislikes, personality, strengths, quirks and fun facts. ||The cozy cabin was perfect, very warm, clean, and beautifully decorated. So many other fun activities to do there which the staff were helpful with. We were even lucky enough to see the northern lights! The hearty Finnish meals at the restaurant were a delightful bonus. An amazing and friendly chef. ||This was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation—highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique winter escape. We can’t...

We did the 20 km husky tour. It was almost to cold to go but we got geared up with overalls, gloves, socks and boots from the company. We enjoyed the most incredible views in the sun and the dogs were great one by one. So friendly and hard working. If you love nature and dogs, 20 km is worth it. We had some bad luck during the ride. We saw it as something that can happen when working with animals but the owners handled it seriously. We declined compensation because we enjoyed every other minute of the ride and kennel tour so much. I would recommend this place for the husky tour. I would say please always follow the safety intructions given during the lesson to keep the dogs (and yourselfs) save since the owners trust them to you. And then enjoy the ride and area. The views are outstanding. 5 stars from us!

Did a 8km husky tour. Weather was perfect with temperarures in -5-0C. Staff was professional. Huskies were well taken care of. Even the retired ones. Highly recommend for a husky tour.

We only spent one night and had to leave relatively early in the morning but had a lovely experience. We got to use the sauna eventhough we arrived really late (10pm). Electric sauna in a separate building with shower, fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Also possible to cool down in the lake. Shared showers are not gendered but can be closed, spacious with good water pressure and hot water which felt lovely after a cold night in the tent. I wish there were hand sanitizers and maybe some cleaning products placed in the shower and toilet due to Covid but otherwise was nice and clean. Bonus is that you get to walk up to the huskies, they are the real showstealers, some really friendly fellas :) Also no need to worry about dog barking or howling at night, had no issues with that.
