The views from the top are commanding and there’s information in English about the geographical landmarks and history of the tower. They also sell coffee and pastries and candy. 2 euro/adult to climb to the top. The folks here were very friendly and talkative with us visitors from the USA!

Viitasaaren keskustan tuntumassa sijaitseva Savivuori näkötornineen tarjoaa mahdollisuuden päästä ihailemaan suomalaista järvimaisemaa. Näkötornin kupeessa toimii myös kesäkioski. Alueen läheisyydessä on myös laskettelurinteitä. Viitasaarella vierailevien kannattaa ehdottomasti käydä tutustumassa tähän kohteeseen!

Tämä majakannäköinen torni osui silmään Viitasaarta lähestyessä ja poikettavahan siellä oli. Harmi vaan, ettei ole auki edes viikonloppuisin kesäajan ulkopuolella. Rappaus taitaa varista alas, siksi aidat.

Valitettavasti homeinen, heikkorakenteinen näkötorni. Tässä olisi muutoin kaupungilla hyvä vetonaula, päättäjät ei ota matoa onkeen. Annoin tähdet tukena, mutta jos olet allergikko tai kärsinyt homeesta, ei kannata olla...
