Ylä-Grilli — Local services in Tampere sub-region

This was by far the worst "grill" burger that i have ever had, every ingredient was of the cheapest taste, the beef is somekind of cheap slop bought from the mall that doesn't have any grill taste to it what so ever, the fries were also "ålannin ranskakaiset" and undercooked.

On top of this my friend got charged full price for his "herkkulautanen" although we was at 13:00 ordering (11-15) "lounastarjous", when confronted about this the grillworker said that "no you ordered herkkukori, which isnt in the lounastarjous", which was a complete lie or he doesnt understand the language when ordering.

The food was beyond underwhelming, and the beef in the burger tasted so disgusting that i can not believe to have paid 15e for my meal. And on top of all this the worker was unwelcoming and nonchalant, not a pleasent experience.

Don't go eat to this place it's a waste...

My own order was fine (veggie burger) but my friend wasn't that lucky.. What she ordered:

1 x basic burger meal with NO onion

What she got:

1 x basic burger with onion

So, on top of the missing fries that she paid for but never got, she got her burger with onion which she is highly allergic to.

While ordering, the NO ONION was made very clear and we saw the cashier write it down as well.

We got the meals as takeaways and the guy handed them out packed so we trusted that everything is in there, didn't check them. Just drove away and noticed all the flaws at home. Our bad?

Extremely disappointing for a place that enjoys almost a cult like reputation for having delivered good quality meals...

Was extremely disappointed. Firstly asked for no mayonnaises and only chilli sauce. Which when I got this it was covered in mayonnaises. Tried to eat through it and there was so much mayonnaise on the meat and fries that it was really cold with a slight warmth from the what should have been hot food. If you're wondering may have been a language issue, the order was made in finnish by a Finnish person. I have eaten here once before when the order was right and I was very happy.
