What a great experience to have!!! We have opted for the shorter ride as we have small children. Uppon arrival they show you the sledge and give you a quick guide on how to ride them. Easy to understand, well explained. Then you walk to the beautiful forest and field where the excited dogs are eager to go. Such energy they have! Our ride was about 5-6 minutes which was plenty with the kids. Once you start going the scenery and the peace is amazing. All you can hear is the dogs running in the snow and your sledge sliding on the snow.
You follow a pre-prepared path in the forrest. Magical it was.
After the whole group have been on the rides they take you to a lovely warm log cabin with an open fire in the middle and they give you some biscuits and hot fruit juice. Lovely it is. You can ask any question at this point and the guides are happy to answer them.
It's a must do if you are in the area!
