After following many twists and turns from D99 (watch carefully for signs!) we arrived at an imposing structure at the foot of the Alpilles. We were cheerfully greeted, offered some wonderful "degustations" (tastings of some of their wines), and brought into this amazing "cathedral" built into the mountain, and lined with huge oak wine casks. The gentleman explained their processes (understood much better by my daughter who is the wine connoisseur in the family) while I happily snapped a few photos. We departed with several bottles and enjoyed a wonderful bottle of their rose in our patio that evening. This was one of our favorites of the Provencal wineries...
