TASTING of 5 chocolates was good but would have been better if there was more (some) explanation of the chocolate we were eating. We were welcomed at first and offered a chocolate, but then the woman disappeared. She was very nice but we had to wait for her to return and ask if we could do a more detailed tasting. We had thought there was a self guided tour based on the website but that wasn't an option. We chose one chocolate, and 4 others were selected for us. We ate it with cafe, which was nice. The woman working here was rude. I watched as she let a woman who came in after me try more than once piece of chocolate. When I innocently asked to try one more piece (with chocolate in my hand I was about to buy), the woman working the desk told me I already had my piece. My friend was purchasing 50 euros worth of chocolate and I had planned to buy some, too. My son (7) and I were visiting France from Canada . It was my dream to visit Chateauneuf de pape and experience wine and chocolate, and kindly my friends gave me a coupon for us to visit as a birthday present to me.
