Perhaps the only advantage they have right now is delivering outside of Paris and I would switch the exact moment a competitor comes and offer the same service. Vegetable comes in a poor state, what a joke, i bought a sack of potatoes and every single one of them had sprouts.
Don’t get me started on how the delivery is always late too. ETA is always wrong and I’ve had something delivered at 1 hour past the time chosen. Customer service is no use in times like this and you just have to put up with all this shitty issues.
Waste of precious time because you spend so much time waiting for a delivery rider and by any chance you are not able to get the delivery. You get penalised for asking them to do a redelivery.
HEY, maybe consider penalising YOURSELF and give customers compensation when you are not doing...

It has become unbearable and unacceptable to wait for greedy, shameless delivery drivers who take as many orders as possible, making you wait three hours for a meal. As a result, food arrives late, cold, and worst of all, this mafia of unethical couriers dares to ask for a tip while complaining—despite being hours late!
I’ve given this app multiple chances, but it’s now completely unlivable. I still have plenty of points left, but the customer service is utterly incompetent at handling these issues. The platform itself is a good idea, but it has been ruined by an absolutely atrocious delivery service and a pathetic support team.

It is not the first time .Today , my take away arrive 2 hours late , my food was no longer warm , the delivery guy’s attitude… too many problems with this platform services . It is more than disappointing. I think if the service doesn’t improve, it will lose lots customers who was supportive . Such bad experience.
